Our destination is the breathtaking Masai Mara in Kenya! As the rainy season ends, you'll enjoy lush vegetation and pleasant temperatures around 22-26 degrees during the day.  The Masai Mara is world renowned for its vast wildlife and stunning wilderness areas, which has secured it a place as one of the ten Wonders of the World. 

Prepare for an immersive wildlife experience like no other!  Get ready to be surrounded by abundant populations of lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, wildebeest, and a vibrant array of birds.

We have reserved an entire camp with space for our special group of up to 14 participants. Nestled in a peaceful wooded area, our camp offers a cool refuge from the sun. Just 700 meters away flows the main river, which attracts a magnificent variety of animals. Imagine the zebras, giraffes, wildebeest, wild boars, antelopes, buffalo, jackals, foxes, crocodiles, hippos, and a kaleidoscope of colorful birds right at your doorstep each morning. 

Together with Maasai warriors, we'll venture into the savannah, using our own safari vehicles and spending nights in tents. This will allow us to immerse ourselves in the sounds of the nocturnal wilderness and the majestic roars of lions. Our tents are well equipped with showers and toilets and you will enjoy the spaciousness and comfortable beds. Prepare yourself for an authentic African experience!

Our program is packed with exciting activities. We'll embark on thrilling safari drives to maximize great wildlife encounters, but also take short walks in the savannah, meet the Maasai people, capture stunning photographs, and delve into the art of light and night photography.

A highlight not to be missed is the opportunity to walk alongside the two local white rhinos. Yes, you read that right! We come as close as 2 metres to these wonderful, endangered species that are protected day and night by the local guards. The intensity of this experience will leave you with irreplaceable, lifelong memories for years to come.  

In the evenings, we'll gather around the campfire, sharing the day's adventures with newfound friends who share common interests.

We've carefully chosen a 10-day itinerary because anything less would simply not suffice. Such an extraordinary experience requires time to fully absorb. Even after 10 action-packed days, you'll board the plane home with one thought on your mind: "When can I return to Masai Mara?"

Dovre is absolutely fantastic in the autumn! The colors burst before us, perhaps with a dusting of snow on the mountain peaks too. The water may be perfectly still, while the sun brightens the small lakes, autumn-dressed mountains, and golden birch trees in soft light.

Our packed lunches are ready and we're a small group of motivated individuals, eager to capture magical moments and create lasting memories together with like-minded companions. Over the course of 3-4 days, we'll become a tightly knit team. Sharing profound experiences often marks the beginning of great friendships.

Each day, we have the option to choose between capturing breathtaking landscapes, seeking out majestic moose, or tracking down musk oxen. While we can't guarantee musk ox sightings, our experienced team has never failed to find them. With countless trips under our belt, we boast a 100% success rate. Even before the workshop begins, we've already mapped out where the animals are. 

We won't be a big group. To fully benefit from the trip, we've set a maximum limit of 9 participants. We also provide professional cameras for those who want to try them out.

On this expedition, everyone will receive individual assistance,  making this experience suitable for both experienced photographers and beginners.

During the workshop, we'll cover both theory and practice related to landscape and wildlife photography, as well as editing. To maximize our time for enjoyment and fun, we'll conduct a preparatory webinar before departure, providing individual help and guidance, and a post-workshop editing webinar. This way, we ensure maximum learning and enjoyment from both the educational aspects and the overall experience.
